  • When will my product be shipped?
    Products are posted within the next 2 business days.
  • Does Rip-Roarin custom brand their products in house?
    At this time customisation and branding of our products is not conducted in house. We can however arrange embroidery of your products via a local business. Contact us to discuss your needs.
  • Do Rip-Roarin' products come with a guarantee or exchange?
    Our products are guaranteed to arrive to you without defect and we ask you to fully check your purchase before use. Make sure you are highly satisfied with the products quality and that it is in perfect condition. If there is a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace, however damage inflicted by a horse from inappropriate use of product (eg. hanging feeder too low causing entanglement) or destructive horse behaviour (eg. horse chewing) is outside regular use and will not be covered by warranty. If our product is then damaged sooner than expected and has been checked carefully, you can be satisfied the product was faultless to begin with and any damage is a result of an accident. It is almost impossible to distinguish if there was a manufacturing fault with any product once your horse has done any damage to it. ​ Horses are strong animals and whilst we ensure our products are manufactured from high grade materials and heavy duty fittings, we cannot fully guarantee our products will last over any set period of time. ​ If an item is faulty before use we will happily replace it. Thoroughly check the product before using to make sure it is in perfect condition. If there are any problems, please contact us 0428 247 414 or email us at jo@riproarin.com.au with detailed photos of the fault in order for us to validate the return and arrange a replacement. We must be advised within 7 days of your concerns and for a return to be authorised. The product must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. ​ Returns due to change of mind or colour choice change will only be accepted by formal email request and return of items in new condition and in original packaging. Freight costs of the items returned to us and replacement to consumer will be the responsibility of the consumer. Customised items are not eligible for return or exchange except in the instance of a defective item.
